If you want to buy a player from a club who doesn't want to sell the price demanded will be very high. Basic logic. At the start of this season Aguero was priced out of the Market so FM reflects this. He's very valuable to that club and they didn't want to sell. However, recent press reports claim they are now willing to do a deal of around £40millon. The game, researchers and SI just can't be expected to predict these sort of changes in a very fickle Market.
