If you buy outside the UK it will come with quite a few other languages. Hmmm...usually English versions cater to a number of languages for obvious internationalisation reasons, but you may be right. I can say that the FM demo on Steam downloaded in the UK has Portuguese as an option, and I believe it's the UK version there. Someone might want to confirm this for me, though...
