errrrr... If a 60 year old woman has a son come through the game it'll be someone she's had in her early 40's. But no, this isn't considered in the game as it'd be a bit of a strange thing to spend time on

It's a well known fact that older women are likely to have more complications in pregnancy. So at the very least the sons of older female managers should have lower Potential Ability.

I remember back on the snes there was Kevin Keegan's Player Manager, where after so far into the game your character retires and you then play your own offspring. Does this happen in FM? The question never dawned on me until I read this thread.

Yes, it has been proved in the past that managers (although very rarely) can have sons that appear in the game.
