He did so...by crawling on his backside/back to the touchline followed by the physio and then standing up again to come back on. Proper LOL moment. Crawled off (perhaps the stretcher was invisible?) and when he ran back on he got a yellow card from the ref. The bleeding play actor got what he deserved...
