Top class staff, much better advises?

I was wondering if I get top class backroom staff, will I get useful advices on my team ect? Or it won't be of difference at all?

The better stats out of 20 that your staff have, the better advice you will receive.

So if your lower league and can only get Staff with poor stats, you may as well just ignore them? Or would their advice be more vague or even just more obvious?

I have employed world class staff to my team and was wondering if the advices can be trusted? They provide sensible advice on my team but I don't know if I should go along with it.

No, that isn't the case. SI didn't want to punish people for playing in lower leagues, so they made it that, with lower league clubs and staff, you would get good advice as they know that level of football better.

However, if you had a very good member of staff at a lower league club, he may not be able to give as good advice as he won't know much about the team or league.

You can generally tell how helpful a member of staff will be from the 'Club Players Knowledge' bar on his personal page.
