I had a message at the start of the game from the chairman that all the staff had been retained but would accept a mutual termination of there deals. I desided to do this and offered mutual termination to the assistant manager and youth coach. I went to the inbox to find out the club had blocked the terminations as the compensation would have been too much. While not a massive issue it needs fixing. There is no point in the chairman saying i can bring in my own staff in replacement of the current staff if infact i cant. I wouldnt mind keeping the staff if i was told there wasnt enough money to terminate there contracts in the message from the chairman but he told me i could. Here is a screenshot which shows the Chairmans message and the top two messages in the inbox which is the board blocking the termination of the staffs contracts.
