Goalkeepers!

1. The goalkeeper never dives to a corner trying to save a penalty. Why is that? The same problem was in FM09.

2. And then is this situation: a striker is in an one-on-one situation with the opposite goalkeeper; the striker changes direction and runs to the right, the gk just walks alongside the striker who scores in the empty net. A lot of goals are scored that way. I saw this in the FM09 aswell.

Any chance that we'll see improvements on the goalkeepers department?

GKs do dive for penalties but I've not had enough pens to see how often. I've had two, one he stayed rooted to the spot and the second he dived.

Personally I think it's when the goalkeeper has been wrong-footed, so SI need to add an animation to reflect this more accurately.

They don't dive in full stretch, they just lay down on a side, so a goalkeeper will never save a penalty when he does that. Have you ever seen a gk diving and parrying a shot from the penalty spot? I didn't!

I've also seen them dive the full length and miss the shot, and also dive full length the wrong way.
