Will they get a transfer budget as normal but get rolled over for the next time they can buy players? Thanks - just trying to plan for when the full game is out. I regularly ended up getting budgets of like a £100 million, but if i didnt spend it, it would dissapear back inti the balance or to shareholders. Starto Posted October 16, 2009 Share Posted October 16, 2009 I think what will happen is that come january the patch will have to reverse this decision because Chelski are going to be handing out some brown envelopes all willy nilly between now and then and this transfer suspension will be turned into a suspended sentence on record for apparently 2 years.
