Skold
I've worked out that my Macbook will not handle 3D match days because of poor virtual memory, so I need to get myself a PC laptop to play it on. (I travel, so a desktop is no use). Is anyone running FM2010 on full graphics as smooth as can be on a pc laptop under £500? Any useful directions on where to look will be appreciated. Moonshine
My Dell Inspiron 1525 runs 3D smoothly even with all sorts of rubbish from downloads. Prices, I believe, start at £

Incredible 18.4" screen makes FM look amazing. Lots of RAM to run it and a dual core processor Not very mobile because of the size but i still manage to use it in the car and the battery life is good for long journeys too. civilservant
I had a Fujitsu last year, the fans aren't powerful enough for the components built into them and you have real issues with overheating and OS freezing after about 8 months. Id avoid if I were you.

gunner86
I have the dell inspiron 1525 too, it's absolutely fantastic for FM. £399 I paid for it which I believe is their standard price, but try a PC world and see if they can knock off a bit for an ex demo if you're price conscious.
