Are the press conferences the same?

Asking similar questions in the same order as FM09?

While the concept is essentially the same, press conferences have received a lot of work this year (as has the rest of the game of course! ) As well as new questions to cover all manner of events and situations too numerous to list here, every question now has specifically written sets of answers, rather than the more generic answers that grated on some people last year.

I called a press conference last night in my game. When I signed some bloke can't remember his name for Chelsea. Was really good and wry impressed with the different questions thrown at me.

Press conferences are certainly better than 09 although I suspect that they will still be a little tiresome after a while. There is a lot more variety to the questions but look on it as a work in progress I think.

Similar but not as boring and as Wajas said they are more specific to you . E.g. I recently signed a 16 year old and during the press conference that was optional to unveil a new player. It asked questions, that as this players is young what are your plans for him, Some options were (off the top of my head) straight into the first team, some action, in the next couple of years, and even further down the line. I enjoyed it!!!

Been much better so far. Of course it'll get a bit dull after a few seasons, but I picked up a major portuguese signing at a mere (if unrealistic) £10m and was pleasantly surprised at the questions thrown. Well done SI.
