JoeLatics Posted October 12, 2009 Share Posted October 12, 2009 I came in about March time, brought Lincon up to mid table from looking over their shoulders, we've had a great pre season (winning all games we should be winning, won one against a L1 team [we're L2], only narrowly losing to Nott. Forest), about to start the first game, and already we're labelled as 'Underachieving Lincon'!! A bit harsh, before a ball's been kicked!! Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I was playing as Spurs and after a string of injuries we just finished outside the top 4(was doing an all English side). And then the players said they were determined to help the club in the rankings even though the season just started. Luckily the players took a more positive attitude instead of saying OMG club underachieving I want to leave, and plus I had won a couple of cups and the board wasn't ****ed.
