Mid-Season Slump

It's basically as the title says you draw matches you should comfortably win, or GOD FORBID!!! you may actually lose some of them. Does anyone know how to combat this?

I think I vaguely remember Cleon doing a post about this in his Sheffield United Project but I cannot find the thread.

Yes I did FrazT. I went through all of Cleons Stickies where I thought it would be but could not find anything

I find this myself, like i can find my self in the top 4-5 with say Aston Villa come December then find myself 11th - 13th come Feburary then i start winning again and finish like 4th :confused:

Yes that keeps happening to me as well!!

I play as Leeds United & in my first season was top of league one by 10 points into Dec-Jan then had a mini-slump where I was drawing against teams in the lower half of the table then picked up again in Mid March and won League by 15 points.

Just seems weird thats all:D
