Domestic Player Bias

I am Hamburg, my team is littered with Germans with a fair few coming through my own youth system.

(11 out of 23 are german)

However my domestic player bias is poor, anyone know why?

Does i actually matter?

I don't think it matters for anything though, it's just an indication for us users I'd say.

11 out of 23 might justify a 9 or 10, just looking at the percentage. Not sure how it is calculated.

I really dont think it matters, or that it affects anything in the game. I hope not anyway, as mine is at 1!

I agree, I would expect it to be higher, though I assume that also your HSV II team will be taken into account. Do you have more nationalities there maybe?

Or is that stat rising now after being lower before? It takes ages to change and always just changes by one.

I only have a few players in there and the majority are German, yes.

It has stayed steady at 6 for 2/3 years.

Even so, I hav always had a decent number of Germans in my squad

around 6/7, does that matter then?

you would have thought 6/7 would mean me getting a higher mark?

i had a team in the irish first division and out of my first team and under 20's team there were from memory 2 or 3 non-Irish players yet my domestic player bias was only 15.

This stat is really confusing. I once had an all spanish side for my Valencia team and i still had a low rating for domestic player bias. Maybe its because I was once in charge of Tottenham which had players from all over the world.

What happens when you are national team coach?? Would you get a 20 then??

Im managing liverpool and England, and its still 1!! Not sure what it would be if I was just England coach...

I think the stats refers to the % home players that you buy

yeah, I have always thought it counts the bias from the players you brought to your club.

therefore the youngsters coming up the ranks doesn´t count, because you haven´t bought them in the first place.

I might be wrong though

So that means 12 out of 23 of your players are foreign, more than half of them.
