How about taking a player (or 2) to a press conference, they all have a media personality (for what i don't really know). Perhaps for big games (like when some of your players try to gee up their team mates for the season run-in or a champions league game) you could take a player along and have them potentially get your team into trouble by saying that they'll walk over the opposition. It'd certainly be realistic, just look at Sky Sports News today, i've watched Martin Skrtel and Olof Mellberg talk to the press about their chances. You often have John Terry or Lampard talk to the press in advance of a big game too. I think this could really work, and shouldn't be that hard to implement.
