Some are so obscure that only gamers managing in specific leagues or in specific comps etc. ever notice them. I'm always amazed at the amount of bugs published- I'm lucky if I notice one! The game is incredibly complex and there will always be a few bugs- it is the trade-off for having the most in-depth, complicatedly programmed and comprehensive footy sim ever.
