I am Darko from Bosnia and Herzegovina and i play FM from 05. The game is great and very real and i wood like to make some sugestions from my point of view:Players at younger age then 33 its no real that they retire if they dont find club in first year as free agent its bether that they go to smaller clubs or in lower lige clubs or countries whit lover league reputation(example) player from serbia 33 he played in super lige he cant find club in serbia he went to bosnian premier league,after that he went to serbia lower league or retired...Its more realistic that older player to find club then imagine player to appear in next season(its also a case that player at age 23,24,25,26...18,19 whit weaker attributes retire but more relistic will be as they join some lower league club in theirs countrie). For players like gigs,henry,nevile and other 30+ great players its not real that they play only 5 games in whole season they are legends and theyrs atrributes will have to drop slower ok phisical but not other look javier Zaneti he is at advanced age and he playes in Inter first 11 and also in Argentina there are many examples also as (Roberto Bagio,Paul Ince,Peter Schmeichel,Lothar Mathaus,Rivaldo..)These dosent means for all players only for good players...Its more real if older player whent from Man unt to wigan like Scholes is that he playes there in first 11,or seedorf to not retire from milan than to go in ajax((he strat to play there and its heas favorite club) look Edgar Davids last year) or in qatar...You must pay attentio to young talents in u-16,17,18,19,20,21 national teams most of them are not in database or if they are they have bad atrributes or they are not in the national teams...It will be more real and interesting that you put in database younfg players from big clubs academys like milan,man unt...at age of 11,12 but not to appear immediatly then whith age of 16 to apear in clubs young teams...So let older players to play longer if not in big clubs then in smaller or lower lige clubs or in Qatar.Kuwait,Saudi Arabia,China,USA MLS,Australia look Beckham,Ljungberg,Robie Fowler,Juninho,Denilson...In real world its common.Pay attention in young talents, in young national teams in players younger than 16 (its ok if they appear in game base at 16) example player in man unt academy at 2009 has 12 years he is great talent he will apear in game in 2013 at age 16 that will be great change and it will be bether than imagine players to appear in the game at that stage.

However :

1. I think you meant this for the FM forum not FML forum. This forum is for the live game.

2. The formatting is awful. Break up your points with paragraphing and spacing. People like short, sharp statements on forums.

3. In the quoted part it seems that you are asking SI to mimic the racism and hate found irl in their game. Maybe, I have misunderstood but personally wouldn't be happy if they decided to include racism as a dynamic in the game to make it more realistic. I also doubt very much that any simulation game developer would do that.
