demodave Posted September 22, 2009 Share Posted September 22, 2009 suprisingly not the deciding factors are 1.) Points (obviously) 2.) Goal Difference 3.) Goals Scored If all the three factors are equal then it goes must go to a playoff although there is nothing actually stating that from what ive seen *EDIT* did a little research at if all three factors are the same then in the case the teams will get classified as the same place unless there is the EPL title, european classification or relegation at stake. Was played at OLD TRAFFORD. Liverpool won on penalties after a 0-0 draw, and JOHN TERRY missed the vital penalty. I could upload a screenie but it would be easier if you believe me!
