postal postie
I was Reading the sports pages today and thought that I'd we had this stat within fm then it would make sure that there definetly wasn't such a thing as a 'super keeper' that people sometimes mention. Whether it be because the attackers are rubbish or the keepers are brilliant. Sure it's only the start of the season but the three goallys mentioned were: almunia: 52.94% tim Howard : 55% Paul Robinson : 58% either way, it will either dispell the myth or ensure that si fix a genuine problem what do you think? rinso
I like the idea. Should go a long way to either disproving or proving the "super-keeper" theory.

postal postie
Seriously, I thought there would be a bigger uptake on this. At least a bit more interest. Wher are your ideas guys? Do you agree or not?
Kenco
But in real life you still get games where keepers have a great day and could make 20 saves without conceding. It would be a nice stat to have though.

Sure, but over the couse of a season things balance themselves out. And at the very least si can say 'look at the stats, it's correct' or we can say 'look at the stats, the ai keepers are too good' the stats are out there so I believe si should make use of them and make them visible to us as well. There are stats for saves outside and inside the box as well. I think that using these would also help the balancing between long shots and goalmouth scrambles. In the same newspaper it says Howard : 6 saves from inside box, 6 saves from outside Robinson : 3 saves from inside box, 4 saves from outside
