Cm 2010 vs fm2010

I know usually nobody likes to compare FM to CM and I agree, but I just wanted a democratical a topic where you can speak about everything, I think this community is the only one I found where we can speack opennely.

So what is lacking in FM and good in CM and inversly.

I don't want SI members to be blocked by saying that FM is the best, I'm sure we can speak about other game where some ideas has been implemented and we can improve FM to be the best of the best. CM is 1000 miles far from CM but nothing is bad to praise other to get ideas and to improve ourself.

I hope I did not shock anybody with this topic.

All I can say about CM, judging by what other people on here and my friends say, it's absolutely horrid.

Championship Manager is clearly better, as it has actually been released. And anything > nothing.

CM isnt bad (ive played the '10 demo) though it seems to be a bit slow on my computer.

I think the match engine is better than FM's though then again it takes a good cpu to run it like clockwork.

Other than that FM takes nearly everything else.

To improve you should have competitors, and you have to listen to ideas.

so In 2009, closing this topic will make me think that we are back to a period of 1930 somewhere in Germany.

This is a forum for discussing Football Manager. As has been pointed out, there is a thread for discussing CM. Lets keep the conversations where they're supposed to be, please.
