trekman
FM is a very processor intensive game so it could very well be true. What is your processor anyway?

trekman
Are you using a pc or a mac? If its a pc then what is your operating system? If its vista then your just below the minimum recomended spec so that might be why your having this issue.

trekman
Try downloading something called game booster. It might help with your performance issues. http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html
santy001
Can you verify if thats any good trekman? Usually a bit untrusting over these sorts of things, but since you aren't just on like 10 posts and you've used it - that would be good enough for me lol. I found out about this program from this very site and since quite a few of the users on here have it I decided to try it and have not had a single issue with it since installation. I can recommend it 100%.
