Some Preferred Moves Are Not Available In FM 2009?

Hi,

Please CMIIW, why some preferred moves such as

Uses Outside Of Foot,

Marks Opponent Tightly,

Winds Up Opponents,

Plays With Back To Goal,

Comes Deep To Get Ball,

Plays One Twos,

Dictates Tempo,

Attempts Overhead Kicks,

Looks For Pass Not Shot,

Stops Play,

Knocks Ball Pass Opponent,

Moves Ball To Right/Left Foot Before Dribble Attempt,

Avoids Using Weaker Foot,

Tries Tricks,

Tries Long Range Freekicks,

Cut Inside, Hugs Line,

Gets Crowd Going,

Tries First Time Shots,

Tries Long Range Passes,

Likes Ball Played Into Feet,

Likes To Beat Man Repeatedly,

and Likes To Switch Ball To Other Flank

are not available in FM 2009 data editor?

If yes, is there any way possible I can get above preferred moves back from FM 2008 into FM 2009?

The preferred moves that have been removed were purely cosmetic, they did nothing.

some were removed because they were only eye candy/cosmetic and not functional.

Unfortunately certain PPMs weren't actually working in-game (or appearing in players profiles) so have been removed this year. A lot of PPMs were not coded properly.

Basically, they borderedon misleading becausethe players hadn't yet been coded to do any of those those things. But don't worry because a few will be making a functional return in FM10 (well, at least 'pass not shoot' was mentioned'

I forgot about these. I've heard a rumour that they'll return in 2010 not sure if that is true though.

Some will be introduced/activated in FM10 (eg 'comes deep to get the ball). Hopefully a fuller list will be given in a blog soon.
