I would like to have 7stars in each of the following: Strength Aerobic Goalkeeping Tactics Ball Control Defending Attacking Shooting Set Pieces I would like to have only one 1st team coach, one youth team coach (both of which would coach in every area lighening the load)and the rest are normal coaches each coaching thier specialised area an they should all have high youngster choaching abillities. Could you guys give me recommendations on how to get 7stars in each of the above areas or recommend any coaches.. Also I am looking for the best Assistant Manager P.S - Spanish speaking coaches or high adaptable coaches would be helpful. And one tip: if you're doing a filtered search, always filter DDM, then just browse for relevant coaching ability. Without high DDM, 20 technical coaching (e.g) means nothing. I've managed it a couple of times, but after a couple of months one/few of my coaches drop to 6 stars, sometimes 5 stars if they're a little too old. There are very few 7* coaches in the game and none for some training regimes. Staff CA falls like players do after a certain age (50 I think, for staff). Also, if you used an editor to increase certain attributes to nudge the star rating up, it might fall again if you didn't increase the CA, or due to AI rebalancing.
