PA - What the players ability could be in the future with the correct training/development. Ok someone will correct me if I am wrong. But if you put a players potential ability as -9 -10 then they will have a potential ability between 170-200 A player with -7 / -8 will have something like 150-170 potential ability. If you haven't picked your team yet you can't use it, unless you create a team with loads of money and no players.
