Lighter tackling (only your centre backs - you might want to have your midfielders tackling hard to try and break up the play before it gets to your box as it is better to give away a 35 yard freekick then a pen), 2. No tight marking 3. Don't defend so deep, playing a higher line will mean that you can make your bad challenges outside the area. Even if the striker beats the offside trap, in the lower leagues their is still a good chance they will fluff the shot. Better taking that risk than gifting a penalty.
