To clarify: I have a striker that is considered 4th best (have only 4 strikers), he stats aren't as good as the other strikers. Around this time of year I tend to have a fiddle with the database for a few fun games before the next version and am frequently disappointed with the stark difference between stars and CA/PA. I know not how it's measured, but I reckon scouting needs an overhaul. If anything PA and CA need to be gotten shot of in favour of attributes, training, and coaching improvement.
