FM Network games - booring matches

Usualy in games against the AI I have 15-30 shoots in a match and 5-20 on goal...

But when playing my friend we both just have around 1 to 5 chances and the game can go a half without anything happening... I remember in fm08 and earlyer fm games we always had fun matches with more shoots than a game against the AI.

Is it a "bug" or something with the database?

I have had several tacticcs during 9.0.3 while playing him. Last time I ofc changed tacticc during the game because I didnt create anything, but nothing happend. I even got a red card in the last match we played and changed to a more defensive tacticc but nothing happend.
