Game is not defaulting to Classic view

When I play the game I like to see my stats and if there's a highlight, I like it to automatically select the Classic view but for some reason it's not doing this.

Could anyone confirm why?

Starting to get vexed now.

When you first start a match, there is an option down on the bottom left-side of the screen where you can select for all highlights to show on the Classic View by default. Once you have set it once, it should always default to Classic mode from that point onwards.

I believe the option appears when you're on the formation screen, as you click through the various screens to begin the match. As I say, it is on the menu that appears at the bottom left during match day.

Afraid I cannot recall exactly what it is but it will be obvious (something like, 'select highlight mode' with two options: 1) TV View and 2) Classic View).
