Purchased the game, unistalled it and installed it again and doesn't work

I bought the game the day it was released and few days ago I had to format my computer and install FM09 again, I was used to play the game through steam..

When I had installed the game I logged on to my steam account and the game was there in my game list

And then when i press 'Launch Game' a small window pops up with my cd-key (that had registered along time ago and was attached to my steam acciunt)

Then I just pressed Ok and then there comes 'Online Activation'

In the 'Online Activation' I write my CD-key and press 'Next' (I had already done this long time ago when I purchased the game) But then comes the problem: This unlock key is aldready active...problably because I did it when I purchased the game.

Can somebody help my whit this? I have aldready tried to follow these instructions http://www.sigames.com/sibase.php?type=view&id=230 but that doesn‘t work, because when I open the 'Launcher.exe' There comes this problem: Activation failed with error: -51. Please make sure you use the correct key and try again.
