ism-scfc
If they have been offered a contract by their clubs before you offered, you'll be liable to pay them compensation. If you wait until their contract has actually expired, and they haven't signed for anyone, or signed a new contract at their club, you can then sign them, even if they haven't actually left the club
tcoleman1
What league are you playing in? Because if you play in England, you can offer contracts to players whose contracts run out in 6 months if they are in a foreign league. However if they are in England you will have to wait til one month before the contract ends to offer them a contract.
