Saving A Game To A USB - Possible??

Recommended Posts

Just the save game file and then you can play it on any PC that has that same database installed on it by coping the game into the correct folder.

I'm not 100% sure of the location of the save game file (You can do a search of your drive though) but its in the SI folder which is under documents & settings within your user profile.

You'll find the file in "My Documents" in Windows Explorer. Look under the appropriate game (FM 08, FM 09, what have you) and then open the 'games' subfolder. There she be. Files can be dragged and dropped into a USB folder through Windows Explorer. That is standard operating procedure for me as a writer -- I do it weekly so I don't run the risk of corrupted files damaging the writing I've been working on for two and a half years. :)
