What influences a player's long term plans? i.e coaching,managing or scouting

Few small questions:

Is there a stat relating to it that makes Gary Neville a lot more likely than David Beckham to become a coach once he retires?

How is this implemented to regenerated players?

Are captains or players gifted in mental stats more likely to become managers?

It varies from save game to save game. Neville become a great staff in some people's games, but I was very disappointed that he and Giggs just retired and disappeared from the database in mine.

You can influence an existing not-yet-retired player on your payroll by recommending him for a managerial/coaching/scouting role, but it isn't guarateed.

keep telling them so they choose the job it worked for me a couple of times, but you can judge their choice after the first reaction

it should say similar to : thinking about it or he doesn't sees it happening (something like this)

If you do it every month (must be one month plus one day from last time) you can easily get a definitely not staying to be definitely staying within a year or so.
