HarryMills
When a famous player retires is there anyway of finding his regen, does his retirement automatically generate a replacement regen? Will the regen be the same nationality as the player who has retired? Will his PA be the same as the retired player, what about CA? Will his visible stats be the same, what about invisible, personality etc Have always been curious about regen generation so any answers, help would be really appreciated, thanks. HarryMills
will position be the same?
danfraser
They aren't replacements, they're newly created players in the game. They used to be replacements of the same CA/PA, but it was changed a few years back.
HarryMills
oh, ok, shame, I was looking for the new Maldini! Have people found that you get as many world class players in about 15-20 years time as at the start of the game?
AB-forever
oh, ok, shame, I was looking for the new Maldini! Have people found that you get as many world class players in about 15-20 years time as at the start of the game? In FM2009 there are more great players in the future! Except goalkeepers. HarryMills
Good to know, never managed to get beyond about 5 or 6 seasons, hopefully I will in FM10.
Brian Shanahan
Even goalkeepers, if you go on long enough and are patient, you just need one with decent agility, good potential and lots of time.
William.Hua
Use DDT to retain most of the top division teams all over the world, you could get super stars soon, perhaps new Kaka, new Henry...
HarryMills
excuse the ignorance, but what is DDT?
gstarblues
excuse the ignorance, but what is DDT? http://footballmanager.wikia.com/wiki/DDT_file Also you can download FM genie Scout, it will tell you a regen/or current players CA and PA, all hidden attributes etc and even what price you have to pay to get them. I only downloaded it recently and its pretty cool. Check it out http://www.fmscout.com/a-fm_genie_scout_2009.html There is an in game editor as well but I always 4get its name! Genie Scout is not an in game editor.
