Bug in match-engine: Defending

Maybe It's already fixed for FM2010, but I observed a bug in the match-engine of FM2009.

The bug takes place in the following situation: In case of defending (own team and opponents) the ball is kicked too often outside the pitch. In the most situations the defender could easly pass the ball back to the keeper or another teammate, but he decides to kick in panick the ball outside the pitch.

I have several times tried to fix this phenomenon by fine-tuning my tactics (bye setting short-passing (I like to play dominant;)), etc), but it doesn't help.

I hope this could be fixed.
