Amaroq Posted July 15, 2008 Share Posted July 15, 2008 I managed the U.S. U-23 team in the Olympics. There was nothing exciting .. certainly no Halle Barry .. However, I was a bit frustrated that all three of my over-23 players were rejected, and the AI automatically selected their replacements for me. There was no e-mail notification of why that happened, and the rules didn't indicate that clubs had the right to do that, so I was a bit surprised and perplexed. IRL, of course, clubs do have the right to refuse to let players over the age of 23 play for the Olympic squad, so that part was right, it was just poorly communicated.
