stotty Posted August 27, 2009 Share Posted August 27, 2009 ive just taken over at coventry in november 2011,they are struggling in the championship and quite afew of the players have low morale,want to leave and are bringing the rest of the squad down. should i sell them in january and bring in players of maybe less quality but who want to play for the club? ive got 4m to spend already. I've found in the past that really unhappy players can affect squad harmony and in turn affect performances. So sell these players and replace them. If you have players who at the moment just have low moral and have not requested to leave then keep them and try to improve their moral, manly by winning games.
