It came up in a message like the OP's where the board were saying they were happy i was staying. My gender is definitely set to male and it always said him in any inbox messages. Never realised this was a bug, saw another thread like this and assumed the user had chosen the wrong gender option when starting a new game. Hilarious to think that, after all the time I've had to create a male manager character in past FMs due to permanently being referred to as "he/him/his", this now happens to every male FM player. Yes thanks for all the lovely comments lol. It did make me wonder for a minute if i accidentally chose female but i hadn't lol. A small part of me is French so i like to be a French manager to be different, but that is the plus point of dual nationality!!!
