Guest josh9393 Posted August 20, 2009 Share Posted August 20, 2009 In FM it is quite regular for an assistant manager to be promoted to manager at his club, such as Pat Rice at Arsenal or Mike Phelan at United, among many others. When this happens however, there is never a news item about it, so you have to look at the club's staff list to find out who got the job, even if you applied for it. Why is this, and can it be fixed?
