Staff Work overload

I'm Droyslden at basically the beginning of the game.

I have one assintant manager and a first team coach that I want to keep.

There's another player/coach I'm working to get rid of.

I have 18 outfield players on my team.

I don't really want to sign another assistant manager when I'm looking at who's avaliable.

I may or may not get another first team coach/coach.

If I were to only have those two coaches would approximatly 9 players per staff member be too high a burden for my staff?

There's one staff stat that I can see that could hint at it: Determination. Am I right?

If so, my assitant manager has a 6, and my FT coach has a 5.
