NepentheZ Posted June 6, 2008 Share Posted June 6, 2008 From what I've observed, the coach / ass man in control will not override your picks. I do this often, and pick players with multi positions and put them where I want them to attain the experience. (I.E and AMLR / ST that I want to play in the ST role, I'll assign him to the ST role) - and he usually stays there. (Can't honestly remember when or even if he wasn't in the position I assigned). It may be that my Ass man and I have the exact same opnion of the player, but I doubt that. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Only 2 sentences long is the OP - and yet you've still not understood what he wanted. He states, "without controlling them" So clearly, he wants to have a player in the reserves played, but doesn't want to control the team. IRL, it'd be easy.
