I do understand that this 100% is not going to increase my enjoyment for the game but it was bugging me whether they do or not? Would appreciate a reply. Really, I thought I saw something about their faces aging as they get older a while back. Haven't noticed it myself though, I usually have it disabled. I'll try and dig up a link. When you're further into the game, take a look at some of you older scouts and you can see they do look older. I've seen quite a few change race in my games, which is scary.
