Some players have lost confidence in my ability

I play with AC Milan in a superleague edited database and in my second season i tried to experiment with a new tactic. I wanted to give time to the formation but i ended up losing or drawing the majority of the first ten games, bringing my team out of challenging for the title in the 14th position. The majority of my players had the "thinks club might underachieving" and some of them lost confidence in me. So then i correct my tactics and i manage to climb the table with a 17 match unbeaten run finishing 4th ,managing to achieve my goal of the league cup semi final, losing on the semifional of the cl, winning the fa cup and being voted third managr of the year. So i expect that when the new season starts the concerns of the underachievement would be gone;and it really happened but the four players tha have lost confidence in me are still that way. Will it ever change when the games start(with me on winnign ways ofc) or i will be forced to sell them?
