shauno_19
Hi, Just a quick question. I've had the issue where FM starts asking you for your activation code and won't accept it, but I stupidly uninstalled the game, forgetting that I'd lost my FM09 disc. If I buy the game off Steam, will there be any problems with installing it, such as interference with any FM09 files or whatever that are still on my computer? Thanks

shauno_19
Anyone know if this will be a problem? Don't want to buy the game off Steam until I know. Thanks.

trekman
If you've already uninstalled the disk version then I dont think you'd have any problems using steam. Perhaps you should ask in the known issues thread\bug forum just to make sure though because I am not an expert.
ahmufcwafc
Follow this, download the game from steam and use the activation key on your manual (provided you still have it). If you don't have the manual and haven't done a complete uninstall, you might be able to find your activation key in your FM folder in program files.
