Can anyone advise how a scout decides if a player is an 'excellent' signing or a 'good' signing? I've scouted several players for the same position but quite often those with the better stats are referred to as a good signing while those not quite so good are said to be an excellent signing.
What am I missing?

just ignore them, thats what i do if i like the look of a player i go for it but this has improved iin next years game

Some have good loyalty and consistancy which could change results.

nah, they dont really do anything imo looking forward to next year to see how much theyve been improved
