Smurf Posted August 12, 2009 Share Posted August 12, 2009 I paid 120 million for a right back that was 30. Most of my defenders play until they're 35 til 38 years of age. They really play their best from 32 to 34. However, if they'd waited another year they could probably get him for about €15m. Two of my 35 year old players are still worth €8.5m each.
