SWalton
They have to go on loan to a country to get a work permit because they couldn't be granted one in whatever country your playing as. So you loan him to a country which will allow him to work while he can gain EU status and then be allowed to play without a permit. The usual amount of time is 3 years for a work permit but it differs from country to country, the lowest i'v seen is 2 years and the highest 4. hamilton162
It can take from between 2 and 5 years to get a WP, although it usually takes much less due to international appearances and the quality of the player involved etc
Fabio MVP
Send 'em on loan in Belgium. That's the fastest way. At least for me.
William.Hua
The true talents can gain work permit through apeal. (Related to PA, CA, and reputation, I can not tell excatly... ) If it does not work, just send him to Spain if he comes form South America, he will gain Sapnish nationality in 2 years.
