Shottaz
I usually end up buying players with high passing, speed and technique. Has anyone tried building a team of unusual stats such as aggression, bravery and strength? or maybe just players with dribbling, acceleration and pace? obviously your tactics would change drastically but has anyone given it a go? Another thread got me thinking about the idea.
rougess
TBH I don't focus particularly on certain stats for the whole squad - just each player and their position Although I do have certain rules for minimums, like no player can have <10 for passing, first touch, pace and acceleration
Elrithral
Not attributes, but I do tend to sign players with a "determined" personality. Not sure if it makes a difference, but I have made a number of comebacks over the years.

I think pace is the only attribute I look for in every position since it suits my style of football.
taylorsmen
One key attribute i always look for is "Determination" along with the obvious attributes for his position of course.
Brian Shanahan
I tend to try and keep the aggression in the 10-13 range, as I feel it is high enough that the player wont be pushed around the whole time yet not so high that he gets sent off every other match. If I'm given two players by a scout with similar potentials in the same position(s) I will tend to go for the player with the higher determination, team work and work rate, even if the other players other stats are better (except if he is really weak physically). SCIAG
I just go for attributes that suit the position. Stamina, determination, and for most positions work rate are also important (not centre backs though).
Ceching You Out
Teamwork and workrate must be high for me. I usually won't sign anyone with less than 13/14 for both categories. I have a feeling it contributes to my passing style which is intended to be very dynamic ala United, albeit at a more probing Chelsea pace.
Fabio MVP
All my players must have minumum of 11 for natural fitness and pace.
pyewackett
To be honest, I haven't created a team of players with similar or as much as having the same attributes exaclty as other players in the squad. I tend to play with players that can fit in the team, it tends to be more individualy often not but by choice and need., but you've made me think a bit more into the actual 'Shape' of the team. impirion
I always look for workrate, passing, and pace as I like a high-tempo on the deck style of play and high pressure when not in possession. Flair and creativity are a must for my midfielders and strikers as well.
llama3
i am more interested in being technically able to fit into my team, then mentally able to support it, physical attributes are a third choice
Dan-Toon-Army
Determination, decisions, work rate are the 3 that I always look for, which need to be over 12 ish for me
