Brian Shanahan Posted August 6, 2009 Share Posted August 6, 2009 Sometimes, in Spain unless you have all the leagues loaded you don't get to see the B team matches (I'm currently Barca). I keep a fairly good eye on my youths though, especially one-to-one, as a good youth team will save you millions long term, and will even generate revenue through players who are not quite good enough. But I also manage in Spain so I dont get to see the results of my B team. But I generally try to be very involved with my youth team as I love bringing a player up from my youth team and getting them a spot in my first team.
