Soverntear Posted August 4, 2009 Share Posted August 4, 2009 hi thanks for looking. i have a couple quick questions on scout reports. first, what are the rankings "good player, quality player avoid signing etc etc" proper order? second, am i right in assuming that if i scout someone in BSP and there 5 stars. if i go to L2 there star value will become less because there less advanced in that league ranking Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
