Does that effect the way in which my team perform?:confused: thanks, yes it will as it will affect your team gelling. plus in some cases players will want to leave if they cant settle which is down to there adaptable stat. it is not very important but think the more a player is settled and gel with the team he will preform better than before Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Tubey84 Posted July 31, 2009 Share Posted July 31, 2009 It's massively important. Really. World class players perform really badly if they can't communicate on the game. It's actually overemphasised. Essentially, this is what makes the adaptability stat so crucial. I personally never sign a first team senior player from abroad unless my scouts say he is "fairly adaptable to living in another country". I will only ever sign anyone who ISN'T adaptable when it is a youth player who I'll be developing long term. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
