Miguel Veloso high?

After days of negotiation, I finally signed him on the transfer deadline. I got this message Sept 3. Is he high? I thought this was hilarious.

I guess because on transfer deadline day there are more updates "processing" for transfer bids rather than the players responses...So because the team initially rejected your first bid on that day the player response for the next day was already set...even though you were able to renegotiate a transfer in the end due to the more processing updates for transfers on transfer deadline day...if that makes sense!
